DROMAKI - WHERE THE PATH REMAINS...
Some places begin with a building.
Dromaki begins with a path.
In the heart of Paleros, a small path has crossed this land for generations. Once walked by local children on their way to school, it remains part of the village’s collective memory. Today, that path gives its name to Dromaki — a new residential project by Izakis Developing, created in collaboration with Konstantinos Tsoukas Architects.
Dromaki offers the opportunity to acquire an approximately 120 m² Mediterranean residence with 3–4 bedrooms and a private swimming pool, where contemporary luxury is shaped by the history and character of the place.
Dromaki is conceived around a simple idea: to create something new while preserving what makes this place remarkable.
Stone, warm natural materials, shaded terraces, intimate courtyards and mature olive trees define an architecture rooted in Mediterranean tradition and refined for contemporary living. Interiors flow naturally towards the patio, gardens and private pool, creating a home in which landscape, light and architecture become one.
The result is understated luxury with a sense of permanence — a new home that feels as though it has always belonged here.
The project preserves this path as part of its identity and future. Over time, it may become an intimate setting for art, local craftsmanship and seasonal cultural encounters — allowing a piece of Paleros history to continue rather than disappear.
The path was here before us. It will remain after us.
